Beef Shish Kebabs
These Shish Kebabs are a crowd pleaser!

Equipment
- Pivot BBQ Grill
- Metal Kebab Sticks / Skewers
Ingredients
- 1 kg Rump steak
- 12 Button mushrooms
- 1 Onion cut into segments or large dice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt Season to taste
- 1 tbsp pepper Season to taste
Instructions
- Heat charcoal grill prior to beginning preparations.
- First you want to cut your Beef into roughly 2cm cubes
- Begin layering the beef, mushroom and onion onto your metal skewers – Layering each kebab evenly will help to ensure they all have the same cook time.
- Drizzle both sides of the skewers with olive oil and season with desired amount of salt and pepper.
- Place horizontally inside the Grill and flip every 2 minutes.
- For medium-rare beef leave skewers to cook on the grill for 10-12 minutes.
- Once removed from the grill, allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving
