The Forno Braga ovens are handmade by Impexfire who have produced over 200,000 of these ovens since 1992. They have been continuously developed over the years to utilize the latest finishing products, such as the cast aluminium doors.

How long does it take the Forno Braga to reach cooking temperature
The design, construction and materials used allow the Forno Braga to reach cooking
temperatures of over 350°C in under an hour under normal conditions using quality wood.
How do I get this into my backyard?
Delivery will require a Hiab or heavy lifting equipment and ample access to ensure a seamless installation process. There are 4 lifting hooks on each corner of the Forno Braga which will be used for the lift.
Can I cook more than just pizza in this oven?
Absolutely! Wood-fired ovens are incredibly versatile and can be used to cook a wide range of dishes beyond just pizza. From succulent roasts and flavorful bread to casseroles, vegetables, and even desserts. The possibilities are endless, we highly reccomend experimenting with new delicious wood fired recipes.
What wood should I use in my oven?
Can I use my oven as an outdoor heater?
The radiant heat generated by a wood-fired oven can create a warm and cozy atmosphere in your outdoor space, though the heat will not be as intense as a dedicated outdoor heater. Our ovens are designed to keep that heat inside and retain it, though with the door open you will indeed have some ambient heat.
Do I have to have my oven installed under a shelter?
While it’s not absolutely essential to install a pizza oven under a cover, doing so can significantly enhance the longevity and performance of the oven.
